Looking for a therapist can feel daunting, and my hope is to offer a space for you to feel totally seen, heard and understood. We all find ourselves feeling stuck in thinking and behaviour patterns that we wish were different at times. Talking to friends and family isn't always useful, or an option. That's where therapy may be more effective.

I am a psychological therapist and trauma specialist who has spent over 15 years working in mental health, and I am passionate about helping people to make real positive change in their lives. I, myself, have experienced the transformative power of therapy at various times in my life, and my goal is that everybody can experience the same.

My practice is evidence-based and integrative. I draw from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and EMDR Therapy for trauma. I am certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you are heard and supported without judgment. As we work together, we will find the best approach that fits your needs and goals. My aim is to provide a calm and focused space for your growth and self-exploration.
